Crux were instructed to help with the consolidation of BT’s multiple rewards and incentive sites into one ‘central’ rewards portal. Working in collaboration with their marketing team, we created a new ‘Rewards Central’ brand theme based on their ‘The difference is you’ campaign creative. We commissioned and art directed new illustration work to be used across the campaign.
The campaign launch used a multi-media approach of digital media (website development, viral email, newsletters), traditional print-based marketing collateral (POS, brochures, large format display graphics, deskdrops) and promotional merchandising.
