Overview

Lloyd Warwick International (LWI) is a global loss adjusting and insurance consultancy with offices across the UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and Africa. Formed to meet rising market demand for a specialist, multi-disciplinary adjusting group, the company unites some of the industry’s most respected professionals, experts who have managed many of the world’s largest and most complex claims.

Crux was brought in at the inception of the business to create the brand from the ground up. From brand identity through to digital presence, marketing collateral and the full interior branding of their London HQ – just a stone’s throw from Lloyd’s of London – this was a true 360° global branding project.

Our approach

Working closely with the founding team and industry stakeholders, we set out to define a brand that conveyed authority, integrity and global capability while breaking from the conventional, overly-corporate feel of the insurance world. The goal was to create a confident, modern identity that reflected both the technical precision of loss adjusting and the human experience behind it.

We developed a visual identity centred around clarity and professionalism, bold typography, a clean geometric marque and a restrained colour palette that projects strength, trust and expertise. This language carried seamlessly across every touchpoint: corporate stationery, proposal decks, litigation reports, marketing brochures, email templates, digital screensavers and branded merchandise.

The brand extended beyond print and digital into the physical environment. Crux led the interior branding of LWI’s London headquarters and later project-managed the complete fit-out of their Singapore office, collaborating with interior designers, architects, printers and signage specialists to ensure every detail expressed the brand’s precision and professionalism.

Online, we designed and developed a custom WordPress website that established LWI as a global leader in loss adjusting, giving users intuitive access to service areas, sector expertise and office locations across continents.

The Result

The result is a brand world that’s as global as it is grounded, uniting a network of international offices and specialist teams under one clear, confident identity. From their boardrooms to trade events, the Lloyd Warwick International brand now projects authority, sophistication and technical excellence in every detail.
